Movement That Supports You — Now and in the Long Run
At Essentia, Pilates is approached as a practice you can grow with at any stage of life — building strength that supports daily movement, while allowing you to practice consistently as your body and needs change.
This approach carries into the way classes are designed — approachable yet effective, so you can move with ease whether you’re new to Pilates or continuing your practice.
In the long run, the focus is on building a solid foundation you can return to — one that fits into real life and supports you over time.

How to Get Started - Sessions
Beginner-friendly · No experience required · Guided at your pace
For first timers or new to Pilates, we best recommend starting with a few private sessions to build a strong foundation, proper movement and getting comfortable with the equipment.
If you’d prefer to begin with group classes, that can work too. But you may need to start with beginner class to ease in with the basics
Private Session
Often recommended for new to Pilates
Private sessions are often the best place to start if you’re new to Pilates or unsure what your body needs, offering one-on-one guidance tailored to you.
For experienced practitioners, they’re also a great option for refining Pilates practice, working toward specific goals or enjoying a more focused practice.
Group Session
An alternative starting option for first-time clients
Group sessions work well if you’re comfortable in a small group, whether you’re new to Pilates or have practiced before.
With a max of four (4) students per class, you’ll still receive guidance while moving at your own pace alongside others.
